Handling customer feedback
We provide 7×24 hours telephone communication service, insist on giving the processing opinion within 3 hours after receiving the information of user's fault report, and arrive at the customer's site for maintenance within 24 hours. During the warranty period, we are responsible for repairing and replacing the damage caused by product quality problems.
